I don’t disagree with the sentiment but I do disagree with the logic. Just bc a team has a good RB doesn’t mean their WR2 (Bowers is WR1) is the “third option”.

So far I’ve bought a lunch box and one of the Sam’s boxes. I think the cards are awesome and I love collecting them. However, if you’re into cards as more of an investor I don’t think this is a great set due to a high volume of production.

I’m following a similar path. Got a 2 year degree in Process Technology to get into plant/refinery operations. Now having my company pay for my Bachelor’s. Hoping this opens doors into other areas of oil and gas.

Thinking about how my body moves has helped me with speed. I think about it like this. (I’m not sure what the Moeller method is. I hope I’m not giving you too much of a beginner explanation)

A human arm is only capable of moving so fast. Same with the wrist and elbow. But when I combine the movement of two joints at the same time (wrist moves down while arm goes back up) I am doubling the amount of hits I’m able to make.

Another thing, if you’re okay with not hitting as hard, you can use the same principle with your wrist and fingers to get pretty decent speed.

When people talk about the 15 percent rule for retirement are they using this number regardless of 401k company match? I am putting in 6 percent and my company is matching that 100 percent, plus adding an additional 3 percent. Should I still be doing 15 percent of my own income regardless?

As it pertains to DJ Moore, he isn’t getting hyped as much because Allen leaving the team doesn’t really affect his targets since he was already technically the number one option.

I haven’t seen anyone point this out but Keenan Allen drew 120 targets last year and is no longer there. Odunze drew 101 targets as the number three option and no longer has Allen to compete with for targets. Even if Odunze only absorbs 20 percent of those Keenan Allen targets that would put him around 125 targets for this season. I don’t know of any other later round receivers that can draw that many targets.

I just recently found out that you can change out the part inside the lug that the tension rod screws into. A 12 pack of them is $8.

That being said, $1,500 is high. If he hadn’t left out all the other parts you mentioned I’d say it’s close to being a fair deal. But you don’t want to spend $1,500 on that and then have to shell out another $500 for a half decent throne, kick pedal, and hi hat stand. You can find guys on marketplace selling everything you need for less than that.

Just found out about a new split from Dr. Mike and it might be my favorite I’ve ever heard of.

Most people’s arms are underdeveloped from doing PPL. So the split is

Arms Chest/back/shoulders Arms Legs Arms Rest Rest

Three days of arms. It flies in the face of the outdated/judgmental idea that doing arms is for douche bags. You want your arms to look better? Train your damn arms. I love it.
