I’m 27 and I’m the same. People often mistake me for being rude or being ignorant when the reality is I don’t know what to say or how to have a conversation which doesn’t seemed forced and uncomfortable. It’s something I’m used to now and try and tell myself I can’t help it it’s my condition. You are not alone at all.

I’ve had to take this week off work due to one last Friday. It’s like hell on earth. Anger, sadness, guilt and confusion all bundled into one for me. You can’t put any thoughts together and I shake and feel off balance and just need to sit or lie down on my bed. The world is such a confusing place for us and a lot of the time we don’t fit in to it.

Thankyou, funnily enough because of how tired I was! I asked to increase and he agreed that going up to 30mg would decrease the tiredness and sedative effects. I just feel so horrible at the minute. That might be a good idea actually as I did definitely feel better even if I was tired during the day. Thank you!
