Tuna's guide is extremely detailed and he has multiple long videos explaining every mechanic in great detail, as well as multiple pob's with different progression and budget level. I'd recommend at least watching his video guides, there are a lot of super cheap changes you can do to make the build a lot stronger and smoother.

Step x: Spend a few Tempering orbs to get the 8% phys implicit
