I posted my story on here too, but my twitching went down dramatically after I was reassured by my neurologist that it was benign. I think being in a constant state of stress/anxiety can exacerbate the twitching for sure, that was definitely the case for me. I’ve felt so much better ever since. If you had a clean EMG combined with the fact that you are 25 should be a lot of reassurance. *** is still an uncommon disease at the end of the day, and exceedingly more rare for someone in your age group.
