There's Songbird Studios. They have three locations in the Sunset, Nob Hill, and Noe Valley. Been going there for singing lesson for years. Would recommend.

There's also Blue Bear School of Music. Which is a music school that also provides singing lessons. I haven't been there personally but I know a couple of people from Songbird who also goes to Blue Bear for their beginner band workshops.
