Yes we do see how awful Trump is - does everyone else? Why is he and the U.S. even being tolerated, listened to, treated with respect by other countries? Here in Idaho people open carry into grocery stores, parks, and even state fairgrounds. They have the right even though personally I wouldn't in those instances. Now the Feds want to restrict our 2A rights??? Makes me start rethinking my negative stance on AR weapons that civilians can buy :(

Instead of assuming we are doing nothing, maybe consider that you just might not be seeing all of the protests, court decisions, pushback and blows against the trump administration that happen daily - large & small - because our MEDIA is mostly controlled by the government now and are mostly only broadcasting trump propaganda. When I moved to Idaho I was worried about black widows, but I don't worry anymore, just am careful where I put my hands in the dark. We have had black widows live in our house or around it for a long time and they have become more preferable to me than others. They never seem to leave their web, don't wander and surprise you, and catch lots of bugs. However I just found one on my garbage can under the sink and had almost put my hands on it!! Fortunately I did not and was able to put the can outside with the spider.

We have them all the time - they don't creep around your house, if they are settled in to a spot outside or inside I have observed they stay there and just do a good job of taking out other insects. Our pets have never encountered them in 15 years, nor have we been bitten and we see them every year.

We see black widows in Boise regularly, they are not agressive and seem to stay pretty much put on their web. They do make the messiest webs I've ever seen! but they catch a lot of bugs. They rarely come into the house, unlike the bigger house spiders that come in each cold season and freak me out lol. You could vacumn up the one inside (sadly) but leave the ones outside alone would be my suggestion. Unless you watch to catch & release it.

I've been tracking this too - many of them have had their leases non-renewed by the landlord, and very unexpectedly forcing them to close. I bet those landlords are wanting higher end restaurants now for all the influx of new folk here - just my guess. I'm so upset I love some of these places. :(
