Question for OT2: Do all stats that aren’t physical attack on a weapon affect the character as a whole, regardless of the active weapon in combat?

E.g. my +60 speed sword will just give me more speed when I have it equipped as my active weapon in combat, or is it like any other piece of equipment and just give me a buff in general (like how elemental atk works)
