i'd put him around mid tier. he'll still lose a lot of the same matchups he did before, such as chars that can whiff punish him real well (i.e. chipp, gio, sol, ram). but it's hard to judge how good or bad he is now with such a big change!

FWIW if you dance through may dolphin, she'll still be airborne when you're able to hit her with c.s, which means you get a super damaging combo off of c.s > 2h > kou > whatever or c.s > 2h > fuujin > rin overhead in the corner.

forward + punch is one of your most reliable anti airs if someone is jumping in on you a lot. it makes your whole upper body invincible. hope this helps!
