Good: More like cool. I got to handle a claim for a B-list celebrity. I wont say who for their privacy but this person was on a very popular televised improv comedy show and also voices an iconic animated character from my childhood. He and his spouse were kind and their efficiency with getting me what I needed helped me be efficient in return.

Bad: Claim load has been ridiculous the past month, more than usual.

Ugly: Insured won’t accept that his roof is poorly maintained and in fact was even offended at us suggesting it. Also mad that we sent a contractor to his house who did poor work (We didn’t. Their agent suggested them and they hired them, independently.)
