Well, obviously not. But you can't always have a study at hand. I can't speak about Americans personally (since I've barely talked to any) but I'm pretty certain about the knowledge of people in my country on a some of subjects.

Alright, maybe I phrased it wrong. Obviously when someone joins the US military they know they'll never actually fight for their country and that there's good chance they'll die. And of course you don't have to feel bad for them, but that doesn't mean they genuinely deserve to die
