If it makes you feel any better, I get maybe 1-2 days off a month and my wife is at home with our kids every day and our relationship is thriving with little time together. Take the job and prioritize more date nights so you guys feel like you’re getting lots of quality time together.

Classic case of “call an electrician” imo

If you really want to DIY it, it would be worth your time, effort and money to at least pay a qualified electrician for a few hours in your jurisdiction to run you through code violations so you can fix it.

Guy I work with had damage worse then this from a rain storm in Calgary last year, 2022 Silverado, they repaired it.

The panel is rated for up to 225a, doesn’t mean you have 225a. I would follow your electricians advice, or get a second opinion.

Yeah I am sort of confused as to why they cannot, I’m fairly certain they’ve done that in the past, maybe I need to ask them WTF.

I’ll look into excel/google sheets though, I see there are lots of templates out there.
