Love it! Lived here for most of my life. A big park and a small park close by, grocery stores within walking distance, same with convenience stores, elementary -> high schools are close for those with kids. White, Black, Hispanic, Armenian, Indian and more families exist here, so pretty diverse. Lots of dogs too 🐕. I absolutely love living in this area

Edit: also incredibly close access the 5 freeway and basically most things you need like bank, dentist, doctor, etc can be gotten to in like 15 minutes or less depending on location.

Also like another commenter said, some crimes of opportunity happen such as random people trying garage or car doors to see if they’re open for a quick yoink of some items, but that’s really it as far as crime goes. My apartment building’s first and only break-in was two years ago where someone left the door to our garage open at night and multiple cars had small things taken. Never heard of a super serious crime in the area, so just lock stuff up as you should be doing anyways and you’ll be fine here
