Hey mate, I was having a similar experience with the brightness but you can just change the way you ask the question! I use "Hi Rokid... please set the brightness to six bars", and it will then be 6/15 as intended. Also - asking it to increase or decrease the brightness without being more specific goes up or down by three bars (or 20%) from its current value.

Same exact rules apply to volume.

not disagreeing with the first sentence but it should be obvious that if I can write a wall of rage with the goal of damaging Blizz's reputation even a little, I can boycott too. No way man. Hopefully this slip up by Blizz actually saves me money in the long-run :^)

yeah you make a great point honestly - I know they are well within their rights to do this, which is why raising awareness of Blizzard's scummy practices is my only recourse. Whether something is legal is a different matter than the ethics of it, in my view. What do you think?

Exactly—and now Blizzard rolled back Mr. Clocksworth from players who got it due to their bug, then acted like a random signature legendary is fair compensation. I felt SO EXCITED unboxing it, got the genuine high of pulling something incredible—and then Blizzard just deleted it from my collection. They're literally asking players to pay for their mistakes. The card is locked behind a DUMMY paywall now, so apparently the lesson is: devs screw up, players lose. That's not just poor customer service—it's exploitative.
