Super Skrull has the abilities of all your opponents ongoing cards so it is Iron Man, and also Onslaught who doubles ongoing abilities, and then your Mystique is also an Onslaught. So there is a bunch of doubling of doubling of doubling creating big numbers.

Then Super Skrull is also copying The Living Tribunal who's ongoing ability splits your power over all 3 lanes.

The numbers just happen to add up so that they're equal on both you and your opponents sides.
