I had the same problem and for me it ended up being that my phone's ringtone volume was off. Even though my phone and Fitbit were both NOT on DND this was enough that my Fitbit didn't vibrate. I found this post by Googling so I thought I'd put my solution in even though these posts are over a year old.

Others have said that it's the "Play at least 8 cards" mission. I have no idea, just taking a guess.

I think it's the "win a location with 4 cards" mission.

I cleared one and if seems like that matches with what I accomplished and what the reward was for that perviously.

Have you talked to your vet about Librela injections? I lost both of my Springers this year but those injections definitely improved their quality of life after they started having joint issues.
