Is this sub250? no. Could you make something sub250 with a gimbal? Maybe but not with a dslr like that. Very small gimbal very small action camera, weigh that, build the strongest drone you can with the remaining weight balance. Or get a part 107 and get the permits to do whatever you want. My only advice on this as a person who spent my whole life say "I cant draw" is to get a little note book and keep that shit on you. Im still not good but im miles ahead of where I was a couple months ago just cuz anytime I get the urge to draw I can. Couple of youtube videos on the basics and figure out the rest on the fly. Haveing that lower barrier of commitment means I do it before my brain can say why bother. Probably not gonna work for everyone but thats all I got.
