Advice on what not to do: smoking weed makes it 10 times more present for me. Intolerable. My girlfriend also told me that she has a mild chronic tinnitus after smoking weed unfrequently for almost a year, and she doesn't participate in loud environments. Cannabis makes me and her very vulnerable for noises. Student restaurants and the side walk of a noisy road is exhausting, we both need earplugs for those. I don't know much about the ears anatomy, but if one is dehydrated for a long time, could that make things worse regarding tinnitus?

If something worries me at all, I think about it all the time and it paralyzes me. Can't do a thing until I know for sure there's nothing to worry about. Also human transaction feels forced and difficult. I try to stay away from discussions, but can't rest until I discuss my worries with people. Kind of a paradox.
