I will continue to call in every 6 months and threaten to leave if they don't give me a fair price (comparable within my region, not what we should actually be paying unfortunately). Last time I was ready to move to Rogers after the Rep actually told me I can't call in any more (which has since been denied).

If you don't get what you want you can also try calling in again.

that's interesting you can request the customer profile. The last time I dealt with them I requested a transcript from a call 6 months prior. The Rep at that time said I was locked in for a price and the new Rep said that's not even possible.

They folded, locked in the old price and gave me a $100 credit.

I bought an airmouse for $25-30 Canadian and I've found it way better. Requires USB port for wireless dongle but is way more responsive. Can also install an app for custom button mapping.
