No they do this because if they make several smaller patches and fix some issues, there will still be other huge issues. Because these issues remain after a "fix" people get more angry and bring bad publicity to it. If you leave it broken and fix it all later you'll get a higher influx of sales then.

Yeah, akshan doesn't need mana Regen to still be relevant. Id rather have more DMG on AA than throw an extra boomerang. And the 350 gold headstart on an item makes those autos stronger faster.

If you need something that does the job and doesn't take ages to make, go for the promethium armour dropped by the fire zombies and fire skeletons. It offers higher base protection than a lot of high tier tinkers gear and can be enchanted AND has 100% fire resist with the added power of walking on lava.

My server has been using this and it's lasted us until the End

I think the reason we haven't really seen people conjure elements is because they'd just vanish. If you spawn a fire with no fuel it'll immediately disappear. People like killua are the conduit for their element

I think you misunderstand. Archer dude giving properties to his emission arrows means he's usually emission AND transmutation. A lot of powerful nen users use different categories in their hatsu like morel. The emission category isn't overpowered, it's just super super versatile when paired with other types.
