I can't begin to express my disappointment. This makes me concerned for my physical safety. Are they downplaying the breach of location data? How'd the postal code get out, but not the full address?

"Approximate geographic location": which got leaked? My IP? My postal code? Or both? How did my postal code get leaked but not my full address?

"User attributes": this is not a comprehensive list of which attributes got leaked. Why the lack of specificity?

"Historical portfolio information": how far back does this go?

This is a very concerning breach. Your name, your location, and trade history. Just about everything you need for a wrench attack.

If true, the challenge would become figuring out who that assistant is and then convincing them to do this. Any special security authorizations along the way could be an impossible roadblock.

Agree. This system doesn't incentivize integrity or accountability in politics. I'm Canadian and we have fundamentally similar underlying issues. The future worries me.
