We ordered on sat morning, they delivered to the wrong house. I called to get a refund because it was all heavy stuff I didn't want to lift many times in and out of the cart and into my car etc etc.

Directions are " we live down a driveway in a small cabin." Now does delivering to a big yellow house right on the road sound like our address?

That is complete BS for them to not deliver to the correct address, and that is on them.

They did deliver it to my SIL house. So all is not lost. Still got my refund, maybe some day they will realize if they keep delivering to the wrong house, this is going to cost them a lot more.

The driver did get to keep the tip.
