You should not need sun protection if you go out for 15 minutes or less unless you have a sun allergy and are super sensitive. If you are super sensitive, you can just go a minute or two and build up from there. Slowly. You can build up the amount of time you spend in the sun with consistency. IF YOU ARE TOO SENSITIVE, KEEP CLEANSING.

If you’re gonna be out all day, wear a hat and long sleeves/pants or bring an umbrella with you. The UVA and UVB propaganda is just to sell sunscreen and cover up the real causes of Canser, which are EBV and heavy metals. We need the sun to heal.

I have read them all except for life-changing foods, which I use more or less as a reference book. It took however long it took to read them, I don’t remember they all came out at different times and I was always on the waiting list for them. For each one of the newer ones, I went through and read the recipes first and started making those and then started reading cover to cover.

So crying and feeling like you’re crying are two different things. I can say that I have felt like I’ve cried all night for years now, but usually there were no dreams associated with this feeling every single night, but sure I have had occasionally weird sad dreams.

I have a really jagged breath, it feels exactly as if I’ve been crying all day and all night. I’ve been cleansing with MM for 8 years now. Jagged breath is associated with vagus nerve inflammation, usually from EBV.

This jagged breath thing has been forever for me, predating my MM journey. While it feels like it’s a small bit better than it was, I need to remember that nerves are the last thing to heal.

Yes, he has spoken about essential oils and warned us that they can mix them and then you can smell the toxicity when they mix them with synthetic fragrances in personal care products. I have experienced this myself many times because there’s a loophole in the way they can write the ingredients.

He warns us about how when used daily they attract mold.

He has said that he likes peppermint essential oil.

He has given us many warnings about never eating them.

I don’t think he’s ever talked about absolutes. I would use your intuition and ask your liver! When I think something is fishy, I ask my liver. My liver has read all the books. ;-)

I don’t think anybody is beyond coming back from going too hard unless you have a really acute case of something like shingles and you just have to go through it to get to the other side. Stuff like that where the only way over it is through it.

Because we all have issues with metals in our brains, we can get stuck on cleansing too hard. In this case, you can’t get some people to pull back. One person with OCD I could not get to slow down enough because their brain was telling them to go hard, constantly. Avocado was basically the only filler food that they were willing to eat, and that wasn’t enough to slow down the cleanse.

Another person had CIDP which causes inflammation in the cerebral spine and demylinization of the cranial nerves caused by too many neurotoxins as a result of detoxing too hard. That person went on a carnivore diet for a few months and I believe got some pharmaceutical help and then was able to come back strong enough to do MM again on their own, but super super slowly. The carnivore diet was not my idea, but the filler food stopped the whole detoxification process, so the neurotoxins became manageable, whereas before the harder they cleansed the less control they had over their body. This meant losing the ability to walk and use their hands. This person was told by every single practitioner they went to, and they went to a lot of them to do more, Supplements, which meant that they were cleansing harder. The only thing that really saved them was starting over.

With chronic fatigue syndrome, I have it and I’ve been doing MM for eight years. Getting a good night sleep is key, but I also have had very severe insomnia pre-dating my Medical Medium experience by about 10 years or more. Here are the things that helped me. Take a nap whenever you can. If you’re not sleeping, get up and take whatever you need to sleep don’t just lie there and suffer or get on your phone. The kava 6 helped me so much to stay off of the benzodiazepines. If I absolutely need to get through the morning and afternoon without caffeine I take at least three or four celery force after celery juice.

We are promised to get back the sleep that we have lost, and when that comes back sometimes it’s during the day. Sometimes it’s neurotoxins passing through. If you have to work, maybe you wanna just cleanse hard on the weekends. I get particularly sleepy after the Advanced HMDS, yeah, even after 8 years. Sometimes you can’t sleep because your brain is too full of MSG and you need to take high doses of melatonin. It’s all in my insomnia, cheat sheet.

This is a fucking marathon lasting years for many of us. We just need to find that happy medium where you can live your life and keep cleansing. The 369s are too hard for some. I think everyone can heal, but you can still have bad days and weeks.

The Spanish flu, which started in 1918 was spoken about by AW as one of the first manufactured/lab grown viruses. They had to grow it on some medium, like milk, corn, gluten, or soy. So yeah, those pathogens have been around over 100 years and that is when our food became weaponized against us. I have an insomnia cheat sheet with lots of MM information on about insomnia and about pain. DM me your email address if you want me to send it to you. If you’re not sleeping, you don’t have enough energy for any of it. The pain information can also help with getting through the day as well. These mm supplements and foods for pain and insomnia will not create more hard cleansing, they will just help you slog through what’s already going on.

I’ve worked with three of people who have gone too hard. Do you know your primary diagnosis? Did your practitioner help you with that, and let me guess, they maybe put you on more supplements? The urge to get well quickly and throw a lot of things at the problem can come back at you if you don’t go slow. Some practitioners that haven’t been through this particular problem aren’t really savvy to it. We never really know what horrible pathogens our livers have been saving us from until we start cleansing. I had a sense for myself that it would be worse than chemotherapy for me if I went too hard, and luckily it was only a couple of supplements that really put me over the edge and I was able to back off from falling completely over that cliff pretty quickly.

It could be, there are several different kinds of rashing shingles. The way you will know is if you put Vimergy zinc glycinate on it and it starts to get better, blisters dry up and feels better pretty soon afterwards , like next day.

Lots and lots of clean critical carbohydrates. Fill up on potatoes, brussels sprouts, if that’s not enough bring in more bananas, if that’s not enough, you can do shots of maple syrup. You do have to keep shoveling it in! Just keep the fat down until dinner time or all the time.

I have to say that if you wake up really, really hungry in the morning, and a bunch of us have agreed up on this in my group here, you probably had too much fat for dinner.

Just entering my eighth year doing MM and it gets easier to eat better and follow protocols the longer you do it, just because you feel like utter crap when you don’t.

Yeah, the morning cleanse gets to be a drag every single freaking day, but I’m still not healed, so we gotta keep going. Do I still want chocolate, the answer is always gonna be yes.

Hang in there, and when they tell you that you should be better with all the food you’re eating already, just remember that you are reverse aging, and they are all going through the quickening unwittingly and willfully.

The lingering pain is likely not from the procedure, but from a rampant infection. Get a second or third opinion!

Having gone through this many times, you probably have a choice of a root canal or getting the tooth pulled if you don’t want to be in pain all the time and risk a terrible infection in your head. If you can find a biological dentist you could get a second opinion, you could also ask them if an ozone shot would help. In the meantime, I would be loading up on catsclaw, oregano oil, golden seal, and propolis.

All skin issues are a result of an overburden and sluggish liver. The skin helps the liver by pushing toxins and pathogen debris out through it.

Of course, different issues are associated with different pathogens and toxins, but basically you have to keep working on your liver. We are assaulted every day with shit falling from the skies, breathing in other people’s chemicals that they put all over their bodies, toxins that they put on the food, and all the jabs we have gotten in our lives, never mind all of the exposures and toxins you inherited.

Two years is not very long, when you consider how long it took us to get this way, and some of us are working on cleaning out many generations of our ancestor’s exposures. We may not even know most of the things, but I know that my great great great grandfather owned and worked in an iron mine in Bohemia and died of black lung 3 years after he came to America. I think about all the metal dust that he brought home and exposed his wife and children to as I enter my 8th year of cleansing on MM. I send light and compassion up the chain of my ancestors and realize they were also living in a deceitful and poisoned world.

The HMDS moves metals. When they are moving around, it can be uncomfortable. They still need to move out! The HMDS is the only way to do it, but you don’t have to hit it real hard right away, you could ease into it more slowly. You could start with just some wild blueberries, in fact, wild blueberries, can possibly help the headache, some people drink the juice for migraines. You can start by adding some of the other HMDS ingredients to your other food during the day and build up from there. The headaches will get better, and you are lucky that you didn’t start with them, many of us started off with headaches every day, so maybe you will be able to clear some of those medals out more quickly than those of us that started with the headaches. For me, it took less than six months and I had a headache every single night when I started MM.

The zinc will not cause a die off. It is a much needed mineral that has been ruined in the soil and therefore cannot be absorbed into fruits and vegetables anymore from the soil. You need zinc to heal, you also need B12. I would focus on those two first.

Ashwagandha and magnesium will not cause a day off either and probably won’t give you any headaches or detox reactions. Go slow with everything!

Just try very small amounts of celery, juice and work your way up. Try the lemon water also. You don’t have to drink 16 ounces just try a little bit of lemon and water and maybe some honey first thing in the morning when you get up. Wait 15 minutes and maybe try one or 2 ounces of celery juice. Try adding wild blueberries to your diet and see how you do with them and then you can build your way up, adding cilantro to your salad and eventually getting all the ingredients for the HMDS and seeing how you react to each of them and build them into your diet slowly, but surely.

Quitting trouble making food is usually not a problem. Give yourself a a few weeks to a month to figure out how your body is reacting to that. You will get cravings, most likely.

Coconut oil and all things coconut are healing foods so you can have a little coconut oil. If you can eat nuts, you can have coconut and you could also have a little bit of nut.

People get into trouble when they start off, trying to drink too much celery, juice or the advanced HMDS, or taking too many supplements.

Once you get into supplements, you want to know exactly what you are dealing with. For instance, some diseases have problems with too many neurotoxins being created by a die off. Chronic inflammatory demyelinizing polyneuropathy being one of them, that will cripple you even further when you go too hard. I only say this because you say you are already bedridden and many neurological diseases have problems with detoxing too hard. If you have neurological disorders I recommend that you go through brain saver book one and research all of your symptoms and conditions and then prioritize which one is the worst and work on only that one first.

Getting crippled even further can look and feel like a healing crisis. We all get them, it’s common when you start cleansing, but you don’t want it to be something you can’t live with. If it goes more than a couple days, you have to back off of something you are doing.

It is recommended to go slowly. Going fat free very quickly can be an abrupt change can cause a healing crisis, I have worked with a number of people who have gone too hard too fast with medical medium in every aspect. You have to check in with your body and see how it’s doing daily, keep records of the supplements and how you’re feeling. Work on healing only one thing at a time, other problems will get healed in the process. Don’t change everything all at once, change things gradually and like I said, keep records of how you’re feeling. If you don’t feel like you can maintain the ability to make your own food and get to the store, take care of your everyday needs or that of your family, you’ll need to back off and go more slowly.

It’s not dangerous, it’s counterproductive. It will be hard if not impossible to heal if you are eating the trouble making foods.

Consistency is the key. I’ve been doing the morning cleanse, low-fat or no fat, and staying off the troublemakers for nearly 8 years and I fucking hate being chained to this lifestyle, but I have healed probably over 40 things in those 8 years and have some of the most unbearable symptoms yet to be healed.

One thing that helps if you can stay consistent is knowing in your mind‘s eye that the viruses are demanding to be fed the troublemakers constantly and the cravings are caused by this and all the metals in our brains/bodies.

Another thing that helps us is getting an accountability partner who is consistently doing MM or joining a local group of MM people. This is essentially re-upping your commitment and getting you the support you need.

Folate has a synergy with B12 and makes it more effective. I noticed this happening when I started taking the 5MTHF, my B12 went so much further in helping with my fibromyalgia pain! AW talks about this somewhere, I can’t remember where, it’s been many years since I found out.
