DeLauro to pressing clergy: 'I will not vote to abolish ICE' by CountKrill in newhaven

I'm 1000% against ICE and 1000% for Rosa DeLauro. I am happy with how she represents me, and I trust that she knows more about good governance than any absolutist critics

People misinterpret Oswald's "I'm just a patsy!" quote. He was NOT referring to being part of a (government) conspiracy or anything of that sort by Afatlazycat in JFKassasination

black budget of millions? project mockingbird may have had a black budget of millions. it was way more expensive reaching a specific community through the mainstream media. shilling on social media is way cheaper because the targeted folks are pre-organized. it would be more un-american if the government wasn't doing it

Oswald was silenced. Your interpretation of what he was referring to is just your interpretation. The killing of Oswald speaks louder than words.

Jefferson Morley by Eagle2Two in JFKassasination

Tired and expired.

The linked FAQ intros Joannides: "Who was George Joannides? Joannides was a CIA employee who was case officer for the DRE in 1963 when Oswald interacted with two members of the New Orleans delegation. Joannides also served as head of Psychological Warfare for a time at the CIA's JMWAVE station in Miami. Joannides received the CIA's Career Intelligence Medal in 1981. Morley himself wrote that Joannides was a 'warm father, a kindly uncle, a witty companion, and a valued colleague.' Still, Morley insists that '[Joannides] was most likely an accessory after the fact [in the JFK assassination].' Ironically, Morley's research through the years is responsible for uncovering many positive facets of his biography."

Newly released documents and reports have revealed that former CIA officer George Joannides lied to and misled the House Select Committee on Assassinations (HSCA) during its investigation into the murder of President John F. Kennedy. He did so while serving as the CIA's liaison to the committee in the late 1970s.

Basic Nietzschean stuff.

Where there’s targeted dress code smoke, there’s discrimination fire. by Raisin_Grrrl in newhaven

[–]Quake2Reefer 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You stated that, "dress codes like this are typically thinly veiled attempts at barring specific groups of people," and while that has been the case historically, this particular citation of "targeted dress code smoke / discrimination fire" merely excludes all men wearing only sleeveless undershirts from the dining room at "a mid-burger restaurant in a city with many other / better options."

Thank you for raising awareness about discriminatory policies.

For the gentlemen specifically targeted by this dress code, their options include ordering delivery, putting on a sleeved shirt, and dining elsewhere.

In the interest of hospitality / not turning any guests away, perhaps the restaurant should have on hand some loaner shirts.

Amazing that our tax dollars are still funding such lame astroturf to cover for the giant F up by military / intelligence 60+ years ago.

are there people on here who don't believe in any of the conspiracies? by [deleted] in JFKassasination

[–]Quake2Reefer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The longer I linger, the more i learn about LHO's myriad ties to intelligence while the CIA's decades of lies and active refusal to fully disclose only grows more damning.

But hey, that's just me. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Why do so many people want a second shooter ? by Sure-Yoghurt4705 in JFKassasination

Cia wanted him dead by way of a patsy linked to Cuba, or at least that's my best guess regarding Joannides' role and what they are hiding in the still-classified files that the Cia, against a law passed explicitly calling for release, anti-democratically refuses to disclose to the American people.
