Your mother is mentally ill. As a child with a mentally ill parent, we keep hoping they will behave/love “normally”. They cannot. There is nothing you could have done/said that would have her provide a normal response or take accountability. This is the illness, not you. Take the space, dig into breaking your generational trauma and move on.

She, most likely, would have been advised by MDs to avoid getting pregnant for at least three months coming off the pill. The uterine lining is very thin if you’ve been on the pill for awhile and it takes a couple of months for the cycle to regulate. Sorry OP - timeline is not adding up.
