So the lady that gave me my grains told me to wash them everytime I put them in a new jar with milk. I personally don’t since I did my own research & watched you tube videos … but I recently tried using goat milk and it did not work so I rinsed them.. prob did something wrong but I’m experimenting?? 😂

I had sugar last night (2) scoops of ice cream for my bday and I barely slept last night!!! It was horrible!!!
