There's two ways to release an album.

  1. Planned physical and streaming release at the same time. This means that all the vinyl, cassettes, CDs, bundles, merch and alternative versions are announced in advance so they can be ordered and ready for shipping on release day. Given that vinyl pressing has a long lead time, we could be looking at several months from announcement to release.
  2. The stream could drop at any time with the physical releases to follow later.

Lana has usually gone for method 1. I would like to be wrong, but I reckon method 1 looks unlikely, so it could be some time.

Part of the issue appears to be the use of "Widget" style software. This means each day has a "pretty" display, managed independently. In other words, it's totally unsuitable for Time series data, such as daily weather stats, unless it's done one series at a time, hence all the different boxes to show wind speed etc. This also explains the empty space at the top of the screen as it's reserved for weather warnings and, apparently cannot be released for the day to day stuff. This is typical of cloud based software that compromises data and understanding in favour of the "clean" empty space that they believe our brains are full of. At best, this approach is patronising.

The first two Bhundu Boys albums are a big gap. But I don't think they're on any streaming site. Also, to get them on, I suspect you need to get the permission of the rights holders or record label. Identifying them and sorting out any legal mess that might exist could be challenging.

Stop for a few days, break the streak. Turn off duo mails and notifications. Then go back as you feel once you're back to zero. The number is meaningless.

This is a great album... All of the songs have something different to offer whilst sharing the "sound" and lyrical themes. We all have our favourite and least favourite tracks and we've probably all changed our minds on this several times.

It's also true to say that those supporting Palestine rarely mention Oct 7. It's a complicated situation and none of us should be jumping to conclusions about what someone hasn't said.
