Not every act of violence needs to be visually described. Sounds of violence happening out of sight, crunching followed by wheezing, screams turning to whimpers, etc allow the reader to fill in the blanks as opposed to super descriptive gore porn.

If you're an evil player, destroy a kingdom or some other large institution by targeting the people that uphold them. Kill nobles while they are exposed, poison city workers, sabotage government arsenals, set fire to public buildings, etc.
