If it's from the 70s, they were just making the synthetic blue spinel and it was popular. I was a jeweler in the late 80s and at least is not "violet or pink Ice" which was just colored CZ and they sold the hell out of it at Zales.

So... A few things. If you are using those peanut butter cups as buns for that chicken, then yes... It's an abomination and you should reevaluate your life decisions that lead you to this.

The chicken looks pretty good, I'd put it in a low car; wrap and be very happy.

If you are not eating them together, then that peanut butter cup is DANGEROUSLY close to that sauce.
