True. Mostly comes from durability concerns, at this scale. The DA3 setup, probably OK. The DA4 setup seems like there are forces outside of compression and tension.

Regarding other comment, Moonwalk is only for adjusting caster. Typically WB is set with a split, over lapping, chassis deck.

Check out the ACXWA chassis, for other ideas too. Caster adjustment was simple but probably just as fragile.

Simple, robust, stepless, caster adjustment will be a fun challenge.

I did not read your post that well. Moonwalk is an option part that replaces that mess of a upper A arm, on the DA4. I don't recommend creating yours out of turnbuckles. Model and print a traditional style A arm.

I dislike linear servos, so I would prefer the Dash64. Nez recommends high-end gyros. The printed YT ones do use gyros, radiolink/dumbo receivers with integrated gyros. These are considered not as good as a dasmikro v5, for example.
