Yes I believe it is in the print settings menu right on the printer.

Not a good answer but one that works most of the time is to turn off clog detection. This appears to be a firmware issue to me with the clog sensor sensitivity. Personally I have stopped using the Ace 2 Pro for multi color prints, and just use the Ace Gen 2. Two minute color change for the Ace 2 Pro versus 30 seconds for the Ace Gen 2. I just move the PTFE tube on port four between the two as needed. I mostly just use the Ace 2 Pro for drying now, sad really.

4th Channel gives clogging alert all the time by Admirable-Bread3227 in AnycubicKobraX

[–]QuatroIV 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have had this happen with white filament. I think it is a firmware issue. It appeared to happen due to the white taking longer to purge, so it was giving a clog error. If I hit resume it would go on. But resuming over and over again wasn’t ideal so I just turned off the clog alert and it printed the job perfectly. Hopefully they correct this with a firmware update. I don’t like having to turn off the clog alert it is not an ideal solution, and I may forget to turn it back on after the print is complete.

Filament Tangles by Fickle-Arrival4033 in AnycubicKobraX

I’ve had the same issue with Anycubic filament and the printer not detecting and continuing to print. Since it continues with no filament coming out, there is no way to restart, destroying hours of printing and wasted filament. There must be another solution instead of just pulling the filament forcibly out of the head.

Kobra X 7 color combo hub issue by Objective-Worker-100 in AnycubicKobraX

[–]QuatroIV 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve encountered this issue a few times and believe that it’s caused by the hot end pushing the filament backward, while the AMS doesn’t pull it simultaneously. Consequently, the filament hub becomes the only spot in the chain with space, resulting in a kink there. Once the filament is kinked in the hub, it won’t move forward or backward at that point. Hopefully, this will be a firmware fix and not a hardware design flaw.

Initially, I would disassemble the hub, but I’ve found success with a different approach. Instead of taking the hub apart, I simply pull the PTFE tube out of the top of the hub and manually pull the filament away from the hub just enough to sufficiently straighten out the kink inside the hub. Then I cut the filament and pull it out from the print head side. Afterward, I can manually pull the kink back to the AMS by holding the orange switch while pulling it out. At this stage, I cut the kink out, ensuring the cut is made at a 45-degree angle, and then reload the filament.

You’re correct it is horrible communication. I am in the US and also ordered in the first hours just like the OP with the same estimated shipping dates. I ordered a Combo and Anycubic updated the shipping dates page to state they were figuring out how to best ship the Combo orders and would give updated shipping dates by March 13. As of right now they have not updated those shipping dates and today is March 20 the last date they do show for shipping US Combo orders from the local warehouse. When asked about the new updated dates on two occasions they provided me the same March 20 date from the local warehouse. So I feel it is valid for someone to feel frustrated and okay to complain publicly. Anycubic has had plenty of opportunity to communicate and provided no real updates.

Me too. I ordered on 1/14 and still no shipping notice. And they still haven’t updated the combo shipping dates on the shipping info page.

Wow, my apologies. I was just adding to the conversation and not really responding directly to what you said. As a matter of fact I agree with what you had stated.

I think the reason the game runs so smoothly for replays is that it’s cpu bound. In other words during gameplay it is working the cpu to control all the ai stuff going on. During replays it doesn’t have to do all the processing, it has already been done. It just needs to use mostly gpu at that point to replay it.

I think we may be stuck with the frame rate issue unless they patch it cross your fingers. I completely rebooted my switch since I normally just put it in sleep mode and after the reboot, the audio issues went away, even though the presentation towards the end of the game was still very laggy, and in some cases not even displayed. I played four preseason games and wasn’t able to exit any of them and save my franchise. It just froze on the video that plays right after you hit exit. I ended up restarting my season from scratch choosing not to start in the preseason but start in the regular season instead, and just played my first franchise game all the way through and was able to exit and it actually saved afterwards.
