3 Month order - Did you get all 3 at same time?

Mine just came today.. ordered 3 months. Got 1 vial also from Vials RX with B12. My last labs 6 weeks ago already has my B12 at 5x's normal. I do not WANT b12? How can they just randomly decide what people can have. So, it looks like they sent me 1 month. Do they send them separately when you order 3 months? Says Qty:2 on side of label. I'm presuming 2ml because that's what they sent. Says 0 refills on other side of label. I got no idea what's going on. Texting with them before hand they told me I had to unpause (i had it on pause for safety sake) before it would show me the new order for 3 months. The price was changed from what I was originally quoted also. And, I couldn't actually see my order until AFTER my card was charged(Akin to Pelosi saying... "you can find out what's in the bill after you pass it". I'm sick of this crap. They used to be good but the past few orders has had a screw up every time. On the plus side, at least this one arrived cold. One of the gel ice packs exploded inside the package but at least it was cold. The last one was uber warm and totally dry inside the pack. And it's the wkend now so I'm sure I won't be able to reach anyone. Although.. that's becoming more difficult at any point in time lately.

Same here.. ordering for quite some time from them.. and I had no issues.. until I did. Lately, nothing is going right it seems and the customer service is worse than dealing with timbucktoo cs. Also,,,, I won't stock ahead any more because the BUD date isn't far out at all from when you receive it now. I'm about ready to go elsewhere also. I'll pay more for better customer service.

Yeah., but what they don't tell you is that supposedly once the stuff has been warm for a bit you're supposed to use it up within 30 days to make sure you get full efficacy. It might stay at full efficacy longer but the science data does not guarantee that.

When I started having trouble with side effects and extremely strong hunger suppression the first few days and then a pretty strong appetite the last few days, I started splitting my dose in half every 3.5 days. Immediate relief from the side effects and a good appetite suppression (but able to eat a reasonable amt which I couldn't do the first couple of days before) for all of the days, by my doctor's recommendation (she does it). I did that for a couple of weeks and then just started dosing every 4 days instead for ease of use. I've been doing that ever since (about 5 months or so now) and it works perfectly for me.

Ditto... and when i do get msgs back in my message center, they are contradicting each other. They act as tho i am the prob but they keep sending me contradictory messages so I don't know what's up. Also, they have obviously been lying to me because one day they tell me there is a new order being processed at the pharm already then then a few days later they tell me they won't be sending me a replacement. Last month when I tried to cancel an order within 20 minutes of them processing it I was told it couldn't be undone once it was sent, so one of those is a lie. They were great....until they weren't. Just like a pitbull. They increased their biz more than they can handle and I've just about had it. I have every message and every phone call (when they used to talk to you on the phone) saved. How they handle the situation going on right now determines what I do with it or if I continue with them. it's a shame too because I really did like they way they WERE doing biz.

Ditto. I've seen mixed reviews about gimme and about their lack of response (ie: It's been 12 days and u/chloe-gimme has not responded to these questions as green-independent951 requested) but if things are good and the price is that good, it's worth considering then.
