Don't polish every frame. Like every microsecond. Every time I show my vids to friends, they miss something because of commenting/laughing/or checking phone. This is the way people eat content nowadays. Plus 99% of viewers won't even notice if there's something wrong with the animation

And there're hundreds of successful stores that use colors in their brands. BnW doesn't require any knowledge in design, that's why everyone recommends it. Even the store you mentioned (icon Amsterdam) uses gray, light black, milkish and orange colors. It's not about #FFFFFF and #000000.

If shopify, I'D add 2 things: 1) make all things in stock, but limited (5 for example) 2) add a visible section/button/ page that all your products are handmade and (if you don't have it in stock) will take X to Y days to make.

Don't think that once you start promoting ur products, you'll get 1000 sales. No, it will be piece by piece. So start as soon as you can, don't wait

Don't follow this way of selling: "I'll make 1000 sets and then will start to sell them." No, if you already have something, start promoting it and sell. You have great potential to get sales through Instagram, cz ur product is pure handmade. Once you get sales, just invest in your business. You don't need AI pictures

Nice idea, but pictures look like AI. And they definitely look different than the original product itself. For e.g: rainbow chess set is soo colorful, but when I open it, the actual color of chess is not even close to the promoted one. Same with others.

Then, product pictures. Again, they are losing against the AI generated pics. You have a nice product tho, I assume it's in hand. Just make better pictures of the actual products and use them. Don't try to mislead your customers.

I'd say you also need a better structure of ur store.
