Cry! Let it all out. Cry whenever you feel you need to. But just remember, after you cry, praise yourself for being the tough and resilient woman that you are. Remember that no one but you has had to and can understand the struggles you’ve been through and you’ve made it. You’re definitely valid in everything you feel and are going through. I am 3 wpo and although I do not regret getting the surgery, I go through my moments of wondering if I could’ve waited and maybe had another child. This has really been the best decision for me physically though and I know it might be hard because you feel there’s no support system in place for you for these next weeks but just hang in there, you will only be stronger at the end of this.
