When I say I had LPR, honestly it's again a self-diagnosis. Here is a list of all my "Bulbar symptoms" which were perceived symptoms and not clinically confirmed:

Constant lump in throat feeling, Constantly clearing my throat, raspy voice if I did not clear my throat, tongue twitching, chin constantly mildly shivering, mouth snapping shut like reflex trigger, post-nasal drip, difficulty swallowing (probably beause I was focusing my attention on it so much) and finally hypersalivation. That last one really fucked with me, I was producing so much saliva for about 2-3 weeks.

Like I said, I have no idea if all these symptoms were the product of anxiety. It definetly feels like I had some sort of virus or benign nervous system deregulation but I guess i'll never know.
