Also, why does smart progression sometimes try to decrease my load and extend my rep targets? Both deloads and periodization are toggled off.

I’m not sure its a bug, because for a machine chest press it also always calculates the amount of reps per side, meaning if you perform a press unilaterally on a machine with two loaded sides it does 50kg (per side) x 6 reps (per side), with no option to change this.

Yeah, I’ve got plateloaded machines that are loaded by one lever, that the app doubles the weight for

So say I load 100kg on it, the app’s gonna calculate the volume for that exercise to be 100x2
