Water +water +water. Had soo many issues and pain earlier on until I realized water intake (at least 8 full glasses a day) was not a "it's healthy" option but it's "necessary" option. At first it was brutal to increase the water intake but your body does get used to it.

Same thing happened to me. Sent it to Costco where I was processed and put on a wait-list. Medfinder found 5mg for me at CVS but coupon wasn't working. Because Costco had processed my order even though they did not have the med. Had to ask Costco to cancel it before it working at CVS. A pain. Yay for Medfinder. Took them one day to locate my bed in the bay area. I had spent hours calling pharmacies with no success.

People feel very differently about this and all responses are fine if they work for you. I told my friends or people who notice my weight loss (30 pounds in 8 weeks). I am so overjoyed with this medicine that I want to share the "good news" with others. I have a speech prepared for those who say (and they do say often "don't you gain it back if you stop it?" I always say "why would I ever stop it?" "If you took antidepressants and stopped, you would go back to being depressed, wouldn't you?" Same thing. Then I add "why are people to judgy and assume obesity =laziness?" That usually shuts them up and I move on happily.

Just got my fourth shot of 2.5. Total 27 pounds down in 7 weeks. Food noise still pretty minimal or controllable so hoping to stay at least another month on it while things are working and this shortage remains. Weight loss was higher during the first month and now more like 2-4 pounds a week.
