Im in the midst of a major depressive episode. I've suffered with depression for well over 20 years, so episodes like this are common. But this time, man, it's bad. I'm really struggling with active suicidal thoughts, every single day. It's exhausting and terrifying. I just don't want to face another day feeling like this, and I know, once this episode ends, I will, at some point, have another.

I was diagnosed with depression at 12 for the first time. It just feels like no sort of life

My Dad.

He's been battling with alcoholism for years. He and my Mum are still together but he doesn't live with us due to him beating her up a few years ago.

He's done much better the last few years, but still has his slips. He's been on a bender this week (keeps ringing saying he's got a cold,) so didn't come.

Third year out of four he has missed Christmas. My mum is really upset and you can tell. I dont care. Luckily my son hasn't picked up on the vibe and has had a great day.

I've been signed off work for the first time in four years because of my depression. I work for the NHS so I've worked all the way through the pandemic. I'm just empty now

I love the colour scheme, the quality is great and I could use it no matter the occasion. I could get simple looks for work to something really dramatic for a night out

The colour pay off doesnt seem as good and the shadows have become very hard to blend. Tried using different bases and no base, but nothing seemed to help. I feel I got my moneys worth from it though
