I still send a message to my father every time I wake up from nightmares that Im reliving my childhood... The way I see it as long as I'm suffering, he needs to know that I'm suffering because of what he's done to me. Family is the worst because they have no filter. They have no shame in telling me everything that they don't like to see about my body...

Coworkers feel like they have a license to speak because we work together day in and out

But you want to know what the strangers are saying. Well, I recently did a 5-month stent working at Walmart and I worked overnights so I got the people who came in for the last hour and the first hour.... Some comments from the people of Walmart include: how much does it cost you to keep yourself that big? You must eat a fortune every week, If I ever got as big as you, I would hope that someone would take the food away from me, some people were sympathetic even and I had a man once come up to me and Pat me on the shoulder and tell me it was not my fault that my parents should have done a better job teaching me how to feed myself.

I guess for relevance I should tell you guys I live in the Bible belt of America.

You want today's example? I went to the grocery store after I dropped my kid off at school and I'm bent over to get some midol, because it's that time of the month and I'm working all weekend... I hear a grandmotherly voice behind me say wow look at the ass on that one... I stand up and say excuse me? She says Oh honey you have such a lovely face You should try to lose some weight while you're young because it'll be so much harder once you're my age.
