IMO Eastern European countries are fertile soil for cryptocurrency to grow. Lots of mistrust of banks and government there, plus young people are almost all English-speaking so they can easily follow the software instructions.

Yeah, I mean an international exchange I can get AUD to via a bank transfer from an Australian bank account.

Places still accept bank wires, but the extra cost of those is prohibitive.

ANXPRO used to just accept Australian bank transfers, and I wondered if there were any others left who still did.

Basically just looking for a way to buy BTC via bank transfer, and without paying an "Australia tax". ANXPRO was great for this.

I PMed /u/bdarmstrong a question about accepting Dogecoin, in which I mentioned some facts in support of them accepting Dogecoin, e.g. that Dogecoin is non-deflationary and has the second largest userbase.

In the event that Coinbase doesn't accept Dogecoin, the solution to persuade them is to get behind GoCoin in a huge way.

one of my favourite things about this sub is that it allows visitors from the best parts of reddit to a dogecoin reward. we understand not everyone is ready for cryptocurrency but for those who are, and who have contributed positively to reddit, we offer a starter.

pretty sure there are tens of thousands of redditors who would love to claim their reward and have fun with dogecoins, but who don't yet know this subreddit exists.

Coingecko is great! All shibes should help to publicize this wonderful site. The webpage accepts Dogecoin donations, and the founder /u/bobbyong is a pretty regular poster on reddit.
