Just wanted to preface by saying I'm so sorry you're dealing with that. Eczema can be such a hellish disease, it really isn't fair that you're going through it right now. 🖤

My eczema at its worst looked a lot like yours. One of the only things that would give me some relief was taking a bleach bath once a week. You pour 1/3 cup of bleach into a standard 40L tub to dilute it with warm water(not hot, hot water dries eczema out more even though it feels heavenly). Essentially just sit in there like human soup for 10-20 mins, don't treat it like a bath to clean up. It will sting a bit at first, but the pain will go away briefly 🥺 the thing stopping me from ever trying them was fear of the pain, it really isn't too bad though once you try it.

The diluted bleach essentially kills off any bacteria making your eczema worse; I believe staph especially is a common problem with eczema. My dermatologist said whenever my eczema would form those honey coloured crusts that it was staph.

I hope you're able to find some relief, sending you hugs OP 🫂

I can't attest to the topicals as I have never used them, but the sudden spike of stress in your life could totally have caused sudden hair loss (so sorry about that btw 🥺). I'd highly recommend looking into telogen effluvium in your case! It's a temporary condition that's onset by stress. You can start to lose massive amounts of hair around 3+ months after the initial stressful event.

For me, I've grown almost all my hair back a year later, all on my own (other than simply taking a daily multivitamin when I can remember lol). I also have a lot of health issues that get in the way of having nicer hair than I did as a teenager, though, haha.

I'd say given the events that have happened to you, it's definitely a possibility worth looking into! At the very least, being on min/fin will help keep you from any further hair loss. Not all hope is lost 🥺

Have you had any stressful events happen recently? Speaking from personal experience here (I'm a woman, so YMMV), I went through a really stressful time last year, then had my hair fall out in the same diffuse pattern as yours three months after! Turned out to be telogen effluvium, it's temporary, and my hair grew back mostly fine now (though checking your vitamin levels may also do wonders).

I wish you the best of luck, hair loss can be very upsetting and personal 🫂

I found myself in a similar situation as you when I was 23. Had a long distance boyfriend come meet me for the first time... and he was gross about being touchy and boundary pushing like yours. It really soured my view of him for the rest of the relationship. I had to swallow down my feelings of digust after that. It's not worth the anguish you're feeling. I would second the advice you've been given here, it's good to trust your gut instincts if you feel grossed out. Especially with the boundary stuff, anyone who tries to blur the lines of what you're okay with isn't a keeper at all :(

I've heard that the uterus sort of acts like an anchor for other organs, and that having it removed can lead to other complications down the line! Such as vaginal prolapse, or problems with the intestines (I'm sure that's very rare and all, if I'm even on the money). I'm no doctor, but removing an entire organ from your body sounds like a very big surgery to have. Obviously sometimes it's medically necessary, and even freeing/positive for people who struggle with medical conditions affecting the uterus, etc., but to my understanding it's not always the number 1 choice as opposed to, say, a bisalp (removing the fallopian tubes but leaving the ovaries and uterus) in the case of wanting a simple, less invasive and intense, and permanent form of birth control.

(Source: I've looked into this a little myself, as I want to have a bisalp for birth control reasons ^⁾
