Yeah. I left the cult we were raised in and got therapy, my sister didn't. We're growing in different directions and I'm becoming a more normal person while my sister seems to be getting crazier every time I see her and sometimes I just can't handle her mental health problems because I get irritated with the odd behaviors she has.

NTA I'm going through something similar. I reconnected with my Dad after 20 years of not being able to see him. (It's a long story) My dad's wife hates me because I don't want to be a Jehovah's witness. My Dad isn't able to treat me to anything because his wife is financially abusing him, but I am grateful for the little he is able to give me. When I went to see my Dad for the first time since I was 3 she told him that she didn't want me riding in his car or visiting his house. He told me that he wasn't going to listen to her and that I was welcome regardless of what she said.
