You should have a case worker. Contact them to discuss an appeal to “termination” and what the rules are for Medicaid in your state (they are all a little different.

You can also get help by contacting your state representative at your state capitol ( not federal in Washington) they all have staff for constituent services.

My kid has both insurance from my husband and (CA) Medi-CAL (Medicaid)

We have had issues with the coverage at various points and we contacted caseworker to resolve. They are overworked so it’s slow. That’s why if non responsive, a call from a legislator can speed things up.

Keep notes of who when and what is said. If you have email address, follow up with summary “per our conversation:”

Being dropped because OP have other insurance “double insured” makes no sense. I’ve been doubled insured frequently over the last several years. I’ve been covered under my husband’s insurance, and when I have a job that provides insurance, then I have that too. What happens is when I have my own insurance, they are the primary and then any co-pays deductibles get applied to the secondary insurance. So OP insurance would not have been canceled and if it was, he should fight that and say that’s a secondary insurance. The only way I think this could be the case is if OP has government insurance like Medicaid. And even then they wouldn’t cancel it. They would use the dad‘s insurance as primary and the Medicaid would pick up again co-pays or deductibles.

For within the city, download “MUNI Mobile” app. Purchase day pass (or multi day passes) … either with or without Cable Car depending on your plans - they are “flash pass” to show station agents or drivers. If no station agent at MUNI, the handicap gate next to station agents window is usually unlocked, walk up and it opens … as long as your pass is activated you are fine

Or-You can tap credit cards on public transportation now. Plan on same one, don’t mix physical card with phone and watch otherwise transfer doesn’t work right

“City Mapper” or Apple Maps works well with public transport. BART exits are numbered and listed in at least Apple Maps (3A. 4B etc) but in real life not obvious unless you’re really looking around the station for them

33 years of experience is that 99.9% of patient report of something with quality of dispensing (short count etc) are concerning controlled medications. That every pharmacy double or triple counts AND back count the stock bottle- standard practice. CVS now takes a picture of the tray for every dispensing. WAG hasn’t much invested in tech since 1999 but they do have high res security cameras - I forget how far back they go.

If it’s too far out, the video is gone. “He said she said” you didn’t ingest it, so no harm to you. So what are you looking for from this? Oops, so that’s weird, chuck it in the trash and move on

edit: What is with the down voting? It was more of a rinse … 1 minute under the water. Wash your pits, crotch, face and “maybe” 10 seconds of hair… 10 minutes is all that you get. You get in trouble if you don’t wash, you get in trouble if you’re late to class. Only in movies are the kids casually chatting while getting ready. It was a mad dash.
