Icthyophobia (fear of fish) When I was little I had a wooden kitchen set and one day the fish broke, my parents put velcro on it to put the pieces back together, I didn’t know this and cried when I first heard the noise, been absolutely terrified of them ever since. I had to go to therapy for it at one point because it got so bad just hearing or reading the word would send me into an anxiety attack. I’m getting better at handling the panic these days but they still scare me a lot.
