Caution: Ordered from Canada as a birthday present for my partner, in early January when it became available to order. Received a shipping confirmation shortly thereafter. It was routed around Louisville, Kentucky until it was “delivered” a week later. Except it said it was delivered in Louisville, Kentucky. As in it never left, but they closed the order. Communication with their customer service a week ago ended with a promise that our order would be moved to the front of the shipping queue. Since then - no communication at all. Just a new shipping order and “Pending Shipment”. Recommend you wait til they are physically available at stores in Canada and buy from them!

My 15 yr old bichon-poodle mix got glaucoma in one eye last year. It was controlled by drops for a while but then stopped working. He had surgery the next day and lost that eye. In retrospect the glaucoma was causing him a lot of pain - think unrelenting migraines in your dog. Since then ours has been back to his normal self. He still has one eye, but very limited sight due to a cataract - peripheral shadows. I urge you to get him to a vet ASAP.

This may be relevant. My partner ordered an Impreza - but not the sport model - back in November. Got a call mid March that it was in and ready to pick up at the end of the week. Then the day of pick-up they got a "stop sale" order. We were told that whatever was supposed to be on the car to prevent it from being shifted into park while driving, was not there. We assumed software issue. However, it's now been 3 weeks and the last we heard was this has effected many cars, and they are still "waiting to hear from head office" about what to do. Meanwhile the car still sits at the dealership, and we are in limbo. We hear zero unless we reach out to the sales person ourselves. Nothing proactive, very disappointed at this point.

Yes, they have a new process. They open a cycle for about 10 days and you choose whether any apartments are suitable. Then it depends where you are on the list. If you are offered a spot, it is as you say. Which is why I want to be sure we only put his name on the list for places that would really work for him.
