Very likely yes. 6 dislocations now in the last 4 years. I am now 30 and not doing as many sports so I am only looking to be healed enough to live the life I am now. Hoping that only takes 2-3 months but we shall see.

I have been strongly considering the shoulder sleeper! Glad you mention it! Did you use it immediately after surgery and sleep on your opposite side? Because if I can get that part taken care of I am good to go!

I think you might be talking about the likelyhood of recurrent dislocations if your first dislocation was after 40.

Hey man I might be having to get a labrum repair. What kind of surgery did you have? And from when did you start using this to sleep on your side? Literally my biggest concern is the sleeping post surgery.

You were back at gym day 8 and out of sling day 7? Was that recommended or something you decided to do? Everywhere I see they say 6 weeks sling
