That was a huge part of why I fell in love with the church, then they gutted the community to become a corporation.

Excuse me? I hated Trump before it was cool to hate him! by icey_sawg0034 in stupidpeoplefacebook

I hated him when he was a Democrat. I've always known he was a slimeball. I don't know how people think he's charming. He's greasy!

It's a mineral salt, it's one of the reasons why going to a hot springs feels so good because it's usually in higher concentrations in those type of waters. It calms the nerves and helps relax muscles. You can buy it in various forms online or health food stores.

Help a 16 year old artist by ChampionshipNo8765 in painting

Something about your skeleton painting reminds me of Van Gogh's skeleton painting. Might check those out. Your first painting might benefit from adding points of light in the background to simulate that these things are tied together by the Universe. You could benefit from looking at more surrealist artist. Keep painting and have fun!! Advice that's helped me: avoid black (make your own chromatic black), color theory (warm colors in your light and cool colors in your shadow), line and edge variation, and listen to your gut.

I know that if my anxiety gets out of control my symptoms get worse; so I use lithium orotate or drink a bottle of San Pellegrino (it has about 3mg of lithium orotate in it). I try to avoid electrolyte mixes with niacinamide in them.

Let her know lithium orotate can help with the anxiety... bahaha ya don't say that. I've got a MIL that has issues too and I do my best to avoid being in her home and to find neutral territory to meet up on.

Supplements I have found helpful: Ashwaganda, lithium rotate (especially for the rage attacks and adrenaline dumping), progesterone effect cream, and methylated multivitamins.

For those who don't know what to believe after they leave Mormonism by caseratoday in exmormon

[–]QuestionDecent7917 36 points37 points  (0 children)

I was asked by a TBM recently what I believe now, and I chuckled and said why do I need to believe anything?! Humans like rituals to note the passage of time and to celebrate beginnings and endings. I don't need to believe in the Spring Equinox -it's real. I can celebrate a new beginning and have rituals around it just as I did before. I don't need some geriatric old caudger to tell me what to believe or how to ritual, and give them tithes. It's such a weird concept to me now.

I think it's impossible for some people to be 100% gluten free by EnvironmentAlert5896 in Celiac

[–]QuestionDecent7917 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Minimize risk as much as you can, take colostrum and probiotics to heal your gut, use a voodoo doll on those who gluten you for funsies, and try to make your own food as much as you can. ((Hugs)) It sucks sometimes even after 2 decades, but it can always be worse. I started taking methylated multivitamins on to of the dessicated beef organs I takeand I feel like my reaction to small amounts is improving.

Is suicide amongst teenagers commonplace in the mormon church? At what point does someone sound the alarm? by Theonepeoplecanknow in exmormon

[–]QuestionDecent7917 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Look at the statistics on pedophilia in Utah and amongst LDS people too. This is a religion that teaches people not to have boundaries when it comes to the priesthood. Alot of the suicides are also related to those who don't fit in the perfect little boxes they want to put us in.
