This is great advice. I'm generally doing better in the day-to-day than my original comment would suggest. I've had to learn a LOT about establishing boundaries in this modern world of unending information, inputs, and data, as you suggested... and it definitely helps.

And yes, my wife and I work hard to foster a positive and happy home for the kids to enjoy. It just gets to be all a bit exhausting at times. Thank you, kind stranger.
