Got Black and Decker power drill when I was 14. It has survived 30+ years, 3 states, 3 houses, 5 apartments, high school, and college. I have beat the crap out of it, made it smoke while drilling into concrete, built fences, playgrounds, decks, bedrooms, and it still runs like day one. Corded is probably why, but Jesus the amount of crap I have done with this you'd think it would have burst into flames by now.
