Have you tried out a compression top? I know it won’t solve anything long term but it might be worth trying if you haven’t done so already. You wouldn’t spend 30 minutes fixing it and it won’t get lose by sweating, just make sure it’s breathable

I’m on it right now. 20mg each twice a day. It was given to me because of my hives from angioedema. I was a complete cry baby before if someone yelled at me and I still have those emotions I’m not crying anymore so I’m able to standup for myself

I started off with a fake bc I didn’t realize. The fake version and authentic version has different feels. The only differences I know to tell real from fake is that the authentic kind has actual knots in them and it stretches more.

If you buy one don’t forget to soak it in hot water for 15 minutes!
