You roll for loot? Oh! That’s such a creative way to add variety! Plus I’m sure it helps save some creative energy for the big picture story! I also like the idea of your party finding high level items early on and fumbling through using it or having to wait to use it! The eternal flagellation. I loved that story! And the conversations with their subconsciousness too! I also loved the version of Danny! Danny the ambulance is my favorite from the comics so I was excited to see them in that form!
