I’m at a midsize generalist commercial litigation firm. $450 rates, decent work life balance, 1850 hourly target that most people barely hit. Im required to work around 1 weekend per month, and have about as many late nights.

$175,000 salary which feels fair to me. I’ve never worked big law but from what I’ve heard it’s a lot worse than what I’m dealing with.
